Cooperman

Dr. Glenn Cooperman, MD

Dr. Glenn Cooperman is a highly experienced family medicine specialist based in Palm Desert, CA. With over 39 years of expertise, he has dedicated his career to providing comprehensive care in Family Medicine, Obstetrics & Gynecology, and Occupational Medicine. Dr. Cooperman earned his medical degree from the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine in 1985 and is affiliated with Hazel Hawkins Memorial Hospital. He is bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish, and is committed to building strong, lasting relationships with his patients. Dr. Cooperman believes in offering personalized care plans that address each patient's unique needs, emphasizing open communication and collaboration in every treatment.

Katelyn

Katelyn Erkelenz, PA-C

Katelyn Erkelenz is a multispecialty advanced practice provider who serves as a Physician Assistant - Certified (PA-C) at Palm Desert Family Medicine. Raised in rural communities across Central and Southern Utah, Katelyn discovered her passion for healthcare through volunteering at animal shelters, community health clinics, and other outreach programs. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition from Southern Utah University, Katelyn pursued her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Western University of Health Sciences. She has extensive training in various specialties, including Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Emergency Medicine, and Orthopedics. Outside of medicine, Katelyn enjoys traveling, outdoor sports, and DIY projects, bringing a holistic and compassionate approach to patient care.
